Privacy Notice
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Who we are
Fertility with Dee is operated by Everhold Group Ltd. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and use for this business.
Our address is: 82A James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@fertilitywithdee.com.
This notice covers our website, digital shop, email subscriptions and Appointment Builder.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:
- Your name and email address when you request a resource, subscribe or contact us.
- Your marketing preferences and records of your consent.
- Purchase details, including the product ordered, amount paid and information supplied at checkout.
- Messages you send us.
- Technical information collected by our website and service providers, such as IP address, browser information and access logs.
- Our payment providers process payment details. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Please avoid sending medical records or detailed health information through our general contact or sign-up forms.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide resources and access you request.
- Process purchases, deliver products and respond to order queries.
- Respond to your messages.
- Send marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them.
- Keep appropriate business, consent and accounting records.
- Maintain the security and operation of our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our reasons for using your information
We rely on:
- Contract, where information is needed to fulfil a purchase or take steps you request before buying.
- Consent, for optional marketing emails.
- Legitimate interests, to respond to general enquiries, administer requested free resources, protect our services and maintain appropriate records. We consider your rights and expectations when doing this.
- Legal obligations, where we must retain or provide information for accounting, tax or other legal purposes.
Email subscriptions
We use Sender to manage sign-ups, email delivery and subscription preferences.
Marketing consent is optional. You can access the Appointment Builder without agreeing to marketing emails. Requesting a resource does not, by itself, mean you agree to receive ongoing offers.
You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use based on your consent.
Essential messages about a purchase or a resource you requested are separate from marketing.
Your Appointment Builder entries
The Appointment Builder keeps your questions, priorities, appointment details and notes in your browser on your device. These entries are not submitted to Fertility with Dee or Sender.
Your progress remains in that browser until you erase it or clear the relevant browser storage. Anyone with access to your device and browser may be able to see saved progress.
The erase function removes saved builder entries from that browser. It does not delete PDFs you have downloaded, printed copies or your separate email subscription.
PDF generation takes place in your browser. You decide whether to save, print or share your sheet.
The builder itself has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Its separate sign-up page uses Sender. Our hosting provider still receives technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
Our shop and service providers
We use Payhip for our digital shop and product delivery, Sender for sign-ups and emails, and Cloudflare Pages for hosting our tools.
Payment providers, email hosting providers and professional advisers may also process information where necessary to provide their services.
Payhip’s PDF protection feature may place your email address on purchased PDF files to discourage unauthorised sharing.
We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
These providers also explain their own processing in their privacy notices:
Payhip: https://payhip.com/privacy
Sender: https://www.sender.net/privacy-policy/
Cloudflare: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Cookies and browser storage
Our Payhip shop and embedded sign-up services may use cookies and similar technologies for their operation and reporting.
Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are not configured in our Payhip integration settings.
The Appointment Builder uses browser storage to remember your progress. It does not use that information for advertising.
You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser. Blocking or clearing them may affect shopping functions or remove saved builder progress.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described in this notice.
We assess this according to whether your request or order is complete, whether an enquiry remains unresolved, any applicable accounting or legal requirements, and whether records are needed to resolve a dispute.
We retain marketing details while your subscription remains active. After you unsubscribe, we may keep a limited suppression record so we can respect your choice, together with consent records where needed to demonstrate compliance.
Builder entries remain on your device until erased or cleared.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this involves a restricted international transfer, an appropriate UK transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards.
You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information. You may also object to certain uses, including direct marketing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Contact hello@fertilitywithdee.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our services or information practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
